Copy of Passport Photo Page Instructions

We need a copy of the passport photo page for each person listed on the policy. This information is used for internal purposes only and will not be shared outside our organization. We take your privacy very seriously. You can view our privacy policy here.

 

Important notes:

Please ensure your passport is valid.

The name and passport number on your insurance form must match those on your passport.

A scanned copy is preferred, but a clear smartphone photo is also acceptable.

Black and white copies are acceptable.

 

Image Requirements:

  • The passport photo, name, country, and number must be clear and legible.
  • The copy does not include any fingers which block the important info and has no reflections.
  • Please include the main photo as 1 image per person.
  • Please use one of the following formats: .pdf, .png, or .jpg.
  • Please keep the image size below 4mb in size.

Unacceptable passport images:

Reflections so we cannot see everything clearly

All four corners MUST be visible and as flat as possible

 

Info is blocked or not in the photo

The copy does NOT include fingers or thumbs

 

Too small to read clearly
