Thrive Together
We are all facing challenges in life, be it negotiating a ministry transition, learning a language, increasing our support levels, managing long-distance relationships with family, taking on a new leadership role, or preparing to re-enter our home culture. Having some help to guide us through this challenge and being supported by others going through the same thing can help us not just survive challenges, but to thrive and come out stronger.
Thrive Together
This is a unique opportunity to grow personally or professionally in a confidential and collaborative environment with others on a similar journey.
Each group is facilitated by a skilled coach to maximize the combined experience and wisdom of cross-cultural missionaries.
The group offers an opportunity to verbalize your goals, aspirations, challenges, and setbacks. Have your thinking expanded by different perspectives from the group members, empowering you to discover a way forward to fully live out your calling.
If you are serving as a missionary, you are invited to join us as we journey together to thrive in cross-cultural ministry.
“I know I’m not the only one that struggles with this, but hearing others talk through their challenges reminds me that I’m not alone.”
“Listening to others verbally process their goals gave me new insights that I had not considered before.“
“Being among a group of peers, I don’t feel like I am being judged all the time, and that gave me more time to be reflective.”

WHAT MIGHT A TYPICAL GROUP LOOK LIKE?
- Groups of 4-6 missionaries will meet monthly via Zoom for group coaching on their chosen theme.
- At the beginning of every cohort time, each group member will share the progress they are making on their individual goals.
- Group members will then be invited to share the outcome that they want from the facilitated conversation.
- Guided by a skilled coach, group members will explore their goals from multiple perspectives in order to create new awareness and gain insights.
- At the end of every Thrive Together session, each person will be invited to create action steps that they will take to move them forward with their personal or professional goals.
- Each week there will be an opportunity for group members to share their progress and offer support and encouragement to one another via WhatsApp group chat.

Why?
We help missionaries be their best.
We believe the challenges of missions life can limit the impact of a global worker’s ministry. We provide missionaries with the resources to stay physically, mentally and financially healthy, so they can thrive as long as needed in their calling.
