Research shows a whopping 75% of resolutions are fitness-related! This should be great news, but the reality is more than half of the people who make a resolution will not see it out until the end of January (see here).
If you want to make a change in 2025, why not join others making the same change? With the support of the group and guidance from a FiTT trainer, you can turn your resolution into a habit, which can become a lifestyle.

Cohorts run for 6 weeks, allowing you to join others working towards their fitness goals. Receive excellent training as well as the support and encouragement from the group.
